Goals, Numbers, and Reports are the three items that you want to set up for an individual team during your quarterly planning session with the team.

Often when you have multiple teams to manage, each team has its own targets and KPIs, therefore, on the Platform, it is recommended that you create the Goals, Numbers, and Reports for the teams separately. This way you can still view all your teams' performances by switching between individual teams and be organised when you have a lot to track for different teams.
