Feeds let you explain progress with comments, links, and attachments, on top of simply updating Actions to "In Progress" or "Overdue". Here are some ways of using Feeds to let your teammates know where you're at with the task and boost team alignment.

Leave a comment

  • when you just come up with an idea about the Action you're working on;

  • when you finish the first step and are about to work on the next step;

  • as a reminder when you need a review from the team leader;

  • to give more detailed guidance to your team;

Share a link

  • to inform your team where the working/finished files are located in the cloud space;

  • where your team can collaborate;

Attach a document

  • to provide details of your progress.

Feeds allow the team to manage updates in relation to the task easier and faster. Team leaders can have a clearer understanding of how the team is progressing and a decision has been made in the Feeds. Let the team focus on what they do best, and spend less time communicating updates.
