When you downgrade, you must edit your data to match the new plan

Teams and Users

On downgrade, the Platform will prompt you to make changes, like removing some Teams and deactivating some Users.

  • Removed Teams will be deleted from the Platform, and the team members who are only in that team will be deactivated automatically;

  • Deactivated Users will still exist but their status will be marked as SUSPENDED. Any update they made while using Workfacta will stay. You will not pay for a suspended user (your monthly licence fee will be adjusted).

News, Discussions, Numbers and Reports

After the plan downgrade, the Platform will retain all existing News, Discussions items, Numbers, and Reports. If you've exceeded the lower plan limit on these items, you will be able to update or create new ones when you remove some or upgrade again.
