The team performance dial charts are a unique feature of the Workfacta platform.

You can find performance graphs on the Team Performance page in the main menu. Here, you will see how your team is performing from week to week in several essential areas and see a chart of the team’s overall performance across the quarter.

With the performance drill-through feature, you can intuitively investigate real-time performance without the need to spend time finding information. Everything you need is in one single view, at your fingertips!

For example, the image above shows the Leadership Team performance graph with the team's weekly execution score (58%), and its trend chart over the quarter.

While it is important to know how well the team is meeting targets, by themselves they don’t provide as much information. However, when you click on the blue expand icon, a drill-through would allow you to investigate real-time performance of each metric, and give you extra details about how that specific metric is calculated.

For instance, you could benefit from a drill-through of the highlighted Goals metric in the report to see all Goals of Leadership Team listed and their status. In this case, the drill-through is a pop-up window with all the Goals created for Leadership Team and their real-time performance details, as seen in the image above.
