You’ve added Goals and Numbers and actions, performed your updates, and run some meetings, now you’d like to see what progress you’re making.

For this, you need the Team Performance page, which can be found in the main menu. Here you will see how your team is performing from week to week in several essential areas and see a chart of the team’s overall performance across the quarter.

Watch this short video or keep reading.

How to read the Team Performance page

The team’s execution score for the week is shown alongside the trend chart of the execution scores for the quarter.

  • For example, in the following image, the weekly execution score for the Leadership team is 46%.

Execution score and its trend graph on the Team Performance page

The weekly execution score is a weighted average of the team’s scores for

  • Results

  • Team discipline

  • Teamwork

Execution score is made of Results scoring, Team discipline scoring and Teamwork scoring.

The Results score

The Results score summarises how well your team is meeting targets -

  • are the Goals on target?

  • are the Numbers meeting expectations?

  • are Actions being completed on time?

The Results scoring is made from goals, numbers, and actions

The Team Discipline score

The Team Discipline score is an indicator of how efficiently the meeting is being run -

  • is everyone attending?

  • does the meeting start and finish on time?

  • and is all the information entered into the system before the meeting begins?

A low score here may mean that time is being wasted.

The team discipline score is made from whether updates and meeting is on time

The Teamwork score

The Teamwork score measures the outcome of the meeting.

  • The Problem-Solving score measures how many of your Opportunities, Challenges, and Discussion items were addressed during the Discuss and Agree segment of the meeting.

  • The Meeting score is the score given by the attendees when the meeting is closed.

If both these scores are high then the team is communicating well and working effectively.

The Teamwork score is made from how problems are solved and meeting score
