For this, you need the Team Performance page, which can be found in the main menu. Here you will see how your team is performing from week to week in several essential areas and see a chart of the team’s overall performance across the quarter.

How to read the Team Performance page
The team’s Management Execution Performance (MX score) for the week is shown alongside the trend chart of the execution scores for the quarter.
For example, in the following image, the weekly MX score for the Leadership team is 46%.
The graph on the Team Performance Page displays the teams MX Score for each of the 13 weeks in the quarter displayed.
The weekly execution score is a weighted average of the team’s scores for

The Progress score
The Results score summarises how well your team is meeting targets -
are the Goals on target?
are the KPI's/Numbers above or below target?
are Actions being completed on time?
The Team Discipline score
The Team Discipline score is an indicator of how efficiently the meeting is being run -
is everyone attending?
does the meeting start and finish on time?
and is all the information entered into the system before the meeting begins, so the team has all the information it needs to make data driven decisions?
A low score here may mean that time is being wasted.
The Teamwork score
The Teamwork score measures the outcome of the meeting.
The Problem-Solving score measures how many of your Discussion items were addressed during the meeting.
The Meeting score is the score given by the attendees when the meeting is closed based on how effective they believe the team performed during the meeting
If both these scores are high then the team is communicating well and working effectively.
