You can't pre-schedule one-off team meetings, but you can enable ad-hoc meetings for recurring team meetings and hold them as a once-off.
Sometimes you need to hold meetings outside the regular schedule, but you still want to go through the Workfacta meeting agenda. You can enable ad-hoc meetings on the platform, then you can start new unscheduled team meetings in Workfacta even if the regular meeting for that week has already taken place.

To enable ad-hoc meetings,
go to the Setup page in the main menu, and select Teams.
select the team where you might hold one-off meetings, and edit the team meeting.
tick "Allow Ad-Hoc Meetings" and save
