You can enable ad-hoc meetings for recurring team meetings and hold them outside of the scheduled sequence and in addition to the regular meeting.
Sometimes you need to hold meetings outside the regular schedule, but you still want to go through the Workfacta meeting agenda. You can enable ad-hoc meetings on the platform, then you can start new unscheduled team meetings in Workfacta even if the regular meeting for that week has already taken place.

To enable ad-hoc meetings,
go to the Setup page in the main menu, and select Teams.
select the team where you might hold one-off meetings, and edit the team meeting.
tick "Allow Ad-Hoc Meetings" and save
This can also be accessed via the New Meeting on the main menu and then click the Edit Meeting button (located top right hand side of the screen)
