By default, when you first signup, the Platform schedules regular meetings for the Management Team at 9 am every Monday. 

To change the pre-scheduled meeting time for the Management Team, 

go to the Setup page in the main menu,

and select Teams &gt; Management Team.

then, you can edit how regular meetings are scheduled for the Management Team - 

- go to the Setup page in the main menu, 
- and select Teams &gt; Management Team.
