In this article, you will learn to set quarterly goals in Workfacta and see how you are tracking towards achieving your targets.

Watch this short video or follow the steps below to create your first quarterly goal.



To create a quarterly goal,

  • Go to Quarterly Planning > Goals from the main menu and then click on the blue plus button to set up a goal.

Set up a new goal on Goals page
  • You‘ll need to supply a Heading and a Description and specify who owns this goal. This person is also responsible for regularly updating the status of the goal.

  • Set the due date for the goal and select an update frequency - every week is normally a good choice and best practice.

Notice: you may link your quarterly goals with an already existing Annual Goal.
