Max AI helps you generate meaningful business goals and projects based on the outcomes you want to achieve. This is the fastest way to create clear, structured goals without starting from a blank page.
Step 1 - Click + Create
Click the blue + Create button at the top of your Home screen.
Step 2 - Select Max AI
From the dropdown menu, select the Max AI option next to Goals.
Step 3 - Tell Max AI What You Want to Achieve
Type a short description of the business area or improvement you want to focus on. Max AI understands context and will generate goal suggestions aligned with your business priorities.
Optional:
Upload a document (e.g. strategic plan or roadmap) if you want Max AI to generate goals based on existing content.
Select 'include actions' if you want Max AI to generate actions to achieve each goal.
Step 4 - Apply a Suggested Goal
Review the recommended goals and select the one you’d like to create.
You can create multiple goals, but you’ll need to complete setup for each one before adding the next.
Step 5 - Enter Goal Details
Fill in the required fields:
Team: Who is responsible for achieving this goal?
Quarter: When does this goal apply?
Due Date: When do you want to complete the goal?
Owner: Assign responsibility for managing and reporting progress.
Update frequency: How often should the goal status be updated (ie on-target/ off-target)?
Personal Goal: select personal goal if it relates to only you.
Supporting Numbers, Projects or Tasks: Attach the work and metrics that will help achieve the goal.
Optional: Click the Max AI Icon next to 'Save' to improve the Goal heading and description to further improve the goal.
Step 6 - Save
Click Save to confirm.
Your new goal will now:
Display in team dashboards
Connect to supporting work streams
Flow into meetings for review and accountability
Your new goal is now active and ready to drive progress!
