In Workfacta, Contributors are not invitees to the meeting but are responsible for performing updates prior to the meeting (example: update Numbers). However, like meeting invitees, Contributors are sent reminders to provide updates before the meeting.

You can assign Contributor roles in Setup > Teams, then edit the Meeting.

In this example, Brooke Hagerson is not invited to the regular meeting but is a Contributor to the meeting. Brooke will be in charge of updating the Number and Goal statuses before each meeting.
