In Workfacta, Meetings are structured regular reviews to track progress on both strategic and operational objectives. Conducting regular reviews of your KPI's, Goals, Projects, Reporting as well as any other new operating circumstance that requires consideration and Discussions by the team to ensure the appropriate Action is identified. This may be to take corrective action or to improve some aspect of business operations or to secure a new opportunity for the business.

Workfacta Meetings are generally held weekly (best practice) but can be set to a fortnightly or monthly cadence.

Meeting agendas are highly flexible, allowing teams to process information in a format that is most effective for their team.
