What forms of payments to you accept?

You can purchase Workfacta with any major credit card. For payment by invoice, please contact our team.

I can't log in, I'm told to ask my Enterprise Admin.

Your subscription has expired. Contact your Enterprise Admin to change or update the billing details. Please contact us if you require further help.

I didn't get the invoice or receipt for last month.

Payment information is sent directly from our payments partner, Stripe. If you normally receive the monthly invoices and you have not on this occasion, first, look in your spam or junk mailbox to see if it’s there or contact us.

I've received an email reminding me to update my billing details. What do I do?

To update your billing information you need to have the Enterprise Admin role on the Workfacta platform. If your subscription is still active, you will need to log in, go to the top-right menu and select “My Plans” you will then be redirected to Stripe to update your billing details. If your subscription is not active you will be taken directly from the login page to the billing details page.
