You can now add notes/explanation when you update Goals status and Numbers results.

How to add notes/explanation?

There are two ways you can add notes/explanation when you update Goals and Numbers.

You will receive a pop-up window to add notes/explanation.

The platform will prompt you to add notes/explanation when you update a Goal as "Off Target" or a Number result being off-target.

In the example below, when updating the Number "Weekly new social media followers", the result is below the target ( > 10). The user receives a pop-up window to add notes/explanation why the result is below target.

Note: Notes/explanation is not required - the platform encourages you to provide more context to your updates for better team alignment and collaboration. You can save without adding notes/explanation.

You can click on the icon to add notes/explanation.

The other way to add notes/explanation is to click on the icon. For Goals and Numbers that are not off-target, you can still add notes/explanation to them by clicking on the icon.

The icon will change colour from grey to blue when the notes/explanation are saved.

How to review notes/explanation added?

You can review available notes/explanation of off-target Goals and Numbers in Workfacta Meetings.

Notes/explanation will show up automatically in your Workfacta Meeting Agenda on the platform after you add them.

  • Go to the New Meeting page, navigate to the Goals and Numbers tab in the Meeting Agenda, and then you will see any notes/explanation created for off-target Goals and Numbers, respectively.

Example: Review a saved note/explanation in Workfacta Meeting Agenda

You can also review any notes/explanation provided in the Meeting Agenda emails and the Meeting Minutes sent to your inbox.
