Track & Filter Progress with Feeds

Use Feed filters to track the full history of progress on Goals, Numbers and Reports over time.

Updated over a week ago

Some items - like Goals, Numbers, or Reports - span multiple weeks or quarters. Filtering Feeds makes it easy to review progress, decisions, and changes across different time periods without losing context.

Filtering helps you:

  • Track how an item has evolved over time

  • Review progress within a specific reporting period

  • Understand how recurring items have changed quarter to quarter

  • Keep accountability clear across teams

This article will show you how to track the history of Goals, Numbers, and Reports on the Platform by filtering Feeds.

Where to find Feeds

Each item has its own Feed. To open it, select the item (Goal, Number or Report) and open the Feed sidebar. From here, you’ll see:

  • A chronological history of updates

  • Status changes

  • Comments, links, and attachments

  • Who made each update and when

The newest update always appears at the top.

How to filter Feeds

Use the filter menu at the top of the Feed to choose one of the following views:

  • Time - See updates from the current reporting year, quarter or week. Click on the blue drop-down arrow in the item's Feed sidebar, and select how you'd like to filter the Feed.

  • Comments Only - Hide system updates and view just the conversation. Click the grey icon and select Comments.

  • Full History - Show everything recorded since the item was created. Click the grey icon and select History.

You can switch between these views anytime.

Summary

Filtering Feeds makes it easier to:

  • See only what’s relevant

  • Stay focused during reviews

  • Improve traceability and quickly find the information you need

  • Understand progress without digging through every update

Great work - now you know how to use Feed filters to review updates efficiently and stay aligned as work progresses.
