Create to-do lists by setting private actions

You can remind yourself to complete tasks that are private to you by setting your actions as "Private". Now, your team won't see your private to-do; you can save time by organising your day-to-day tasks in one list.

Create private actions

A personal to-do list can be created by selecting the option "Private Action" when you set a new action.

  • tick "Private Action" if you want the action to be visible only on your platform;

  • untick "Private Action" if the action is to be visible to the team.

Once saved, an icon next to your name in the Actions list will indicate that the action is private, so you can separate it from actions for the team.

Note: private actions will not show on any of your team member's platforms.

  • They will also show up with your other actions in the widgets on the dashboard - for example, My Week and All Open Actions, so you can have quick access to them and update their status.

Note: private actions linked to one of the team goals will not show in the Updates > Goals or under Quarterly Planning > Goals.
