You will receive emails to your registered email address as notifications for new activities that happened on the Workfacta platform.

To enable or disable notifications, go to the main menu > Setup page on the platform.

Go to the Setup page and select Notifications

โ—๏ธNotice: Only users whose role is 'Enterprise Admin' can manage notifications set-up for the team.

What notifications will I receive?

Notifications include activities around the following items on the platform:

  • Actions created and updated

  • News items created and updated

  • Discussion items (Opportunities, Challenges, and Discussions) created, updated, and solved

  • Reports updated

  • Meeting Minutes

  • Users invited

By default, notifications for the activities above are all enabled. You can manage them on the SETUP page, click the NOTIFICATIONS tab at the top, and choose to enable or disable notifications on certain activities.

Who will receive notifications?

Only the team members who are relevant to the activities will be notified by email. For example -

  • Owner of an Action created

  • New activities around Discussion items will be sent to the whole team;

Notifications and reminders

Same as notifications, you can receive reminders from Workfacta in your emails.

There are three types of reminders in Workfacta:

  • Update reminders

  • Management notification late updates - to the management team with all the late updates of the whole team

  • Overdue update reminders - to line managers

  • Meeting agenda

โ—๏ธNotice: Overdue update reminders won't be sent to the line managers if they are in the management team or receiving management notification late updates.

Go to the main menu > Setup page > Teams tab to set up reminders. You can set up reminders for different teams, and customise the time when you want to receive the reminders.

Go to the Setup page and select Teams to manage reminders
