How to personalise your Dashboard to see your the information that matters most.

In this article you will learn how to personalise your Dashboard.

Your Dashboard (Home Page) is the first thing you see when you log in, so it’s worth customising it to suit your needs. A customised dashboard helps you stay focused, organised and aware of what needs attention.

By default, two widgets appear when you first log in:

  • 'My Week' Widget: This widget shows all of your Updates and Actions for the week in one place. You can make updates directly from this widget, helping you stay on top of priorities with less clicking and navigating.

  • 'Overdue Actions' Widget: This widget highlights any Actions that are past their due date and may require urgent attention. It helps ensure nothing is missed and key tasks don’t fall behind.


Add a New Widget

To add an additional widget to your Dashboard:

  • From the Home screen, click the blue '+ Add Widget' button on the top right side of your home screen.

  • From the drop-down menu, select the widget you would like to add to your Dashboard.

  • Now you can reorder, resize and move all your widgets by drag and dropping.

  • Remove widgets by clicking the grey bin button on the top right hand corner of the widget. You can even add or remove them.

  • Once you're satisfied with your customisations, click on the lock icon to re-lock the layout and prevent accidental changes.

And that’s it! Your dashboard is now set up to suit your needs.
