In the Workfacta Platform, an Opportunity is a type of Discussion.

An Opportunity is a positive set of circumstances (eg. new contract, client’s expansion plans, new client) that must be discussed to secure a favourable outcome for the business.

In the Platform, a Team member can create a Discussion and select the type Opportunity to be discussed and resolved during a Meeting.
