In Workfacta Platform, a Challenge is part of the Discussion category.

A Challenge is an adverse set of circumstances that must be discussed to minimise the impact on the business ((eg. loss of contract, the resignation of a key employee, new competitor).

In the Platform, a Team member can create a Challenge to be discussed and resolved during a Meeting.
