In Workfacta Platform, an Action is a specific task to be undertaken by an individual by a set due date. You can allocate the same task to multiple users within the same team. They will all receive a seperate action with the same description and due date.
In the example below, Catherine Aragon creates the Action but has assigned it to Greg Shark, who becomes the owner of the Action. Greg is now responsible for delivering and reporting on the task.
